The reason we need to make it so far in advance is because it needs time to sit, be fed with alcohol and mature. This cake is easy to make and just requires you to soak the fruit in brandy the night before and then mix and bake in the morning. By morning the raisins, currents and cranberries will have plumped up adding an extra tasty touch
This crumble is delicious and the perfect dessert on a cold day! I also like to make this in individual ramekins and enjoy it for breakfast topped with a spoonful of yoghurt, coconut yoghurt works perfectly!

These decadent chocolate cupcakes are filled with a delicious homemade caramel, it’s a match made in heaven! The cupcakes themselves are very simple and quick to make. I iced these with a whipped chocolate buttercream and topped with a piece of dairy milk caramel.
